This sizeable teak wood seasoning under 1000C for removing the moisture, so that doors will not bend and damage, the towel pin will be fixed inside the frame so that it will not visible outside.
The side frame size is 4 inches of good quality imported wood. For lock and tower bolt, we are using extra pieces for screw fittings which is not available in other manufactures. The water proof MDF sheet fixed on top, and PVC sheet will be pasted. The doors will be pressed in 1000C heat and 100 Ton weight, through hot pressure machine so the bonding activity is good and durable.
We are manufacturing two panels, four panel and oval shape models. We are ready to give the required size of doors as per the customer demand, 4 inch frame will be good quality of wood, and for lock and tower bolt, separate wood pieces are used. Top with white MDF Sheet with designs, it is very suitable for bulk purchasers like apartments, lodges, and quarters. One thing we have to keep in our mind that this door will be getting swelling when it contact with water so it is advised that these doors can be used for inner doors. Economically this door is cheap when compared to other models.
